So what's the difference between Mobility & Flexibility?
Flexibility predominately focuses on lengthening the muscles through specific stretches throughout the body to promote recovery and reduce muscle soreness.
Mobility, on the other hand, focuses on the major joints throughout the body. An increase in the bodies' mobility can improve the bodies overall range of motion and physiological function. Mobility can also play a significant part in reducing pain in the lower back, shoulders and knees.
